Hi,

I am using SCVMM 2012 SP1 and want to add EMC VMAX storage to SCVMM . I have installed and configured SMI-S provider on my one of the two hyper-v host according to the link;

when i try to add the storage from SCVMM console it gives me the below error. i am using SMI-S CIMXML protocol to discover the storage.

Check that WS-Management service is installed and running on server RYHB5-VW-PRCVMM.prcld.com. For more information use the command "winrm helpmsg hresult". If RYHB5-VW-PRCVMM.prcld.com is a host/library/update server or a PXE server role then ensure that VMM agent is installed and running.
