Any ideas for web services
Small business looking to digitally sign emails and secure documents exchnaged internally by setting up our own Microsoft Certificate Authority to issue our own certificates. Any ideas on a third party service that can help host this for us, and how much
it can cost?

Hi Cobra213e,
you do not need an internal CA for that. Verisign, Globalsign and others offer certificates for this purpose.
