Operations Manager is an excellent product to monitor your servers. I have used this product for many years to monitor servers (since MOM 2005). However, if your only requirement is to monitor wether or not your systems have network connectivity, there are alot of other products on the market that do a very good job at a fraction of the cost and are less complex to implement. Just do a search for "monitor servers", or "monitor IP", etc... Guides and tutorials, visit ITGeared.com.

Hello Shubi U, Its going to be unlikely that someone is going to provide you with the exact script or application you need. You should do some research on your own. In less than a few minutes, a search on Microsoft's Script Center resulted in providing a script that functions in a similar manner as to what you are asking for. Take a look: Monitor VPN Sites and Alert by Email http://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/scriptcenter/09932acd-bc0b-4112-a656-5445a4b358a1 You can use this script and modify it for your needs.
