Have a great deal of knowledge in Access - so let's consider that database design theory is strong, tables, keys, relationships, etc; but zero in SQL Server....have never set one up nor managed one; want to skip over any on-premise SQL Server and begin directly in dealing with Azure SQL Database only.....
Much of the web info co-mingles all of the various Azure offerings and only in this forum do I find the dialog really focused on just the SQL Database. But what I can't seem to find is a step by step instructional/educational really beginning with the basics of setting up a brand new Azure SQL database and then managing it. A link or a referral would be welcomed..... TIA
