I need the following hotfix but the link the Microsoft sent seems to be broken. Any way to contact MS to let them know and to get the product I am looking for? Hi Carp, Based on my test, the hotfix link is different from yours, however, it can be download. I suspect there will be a time limited for the download link, it will be unavailable if the time is exceed. I recommend that you repeat the steps to send a request for download.
