With SQL 2012 do Microsoft now support SAN replication  of the databases, say for DR purposes?

It is not about whether SQL supports SAN replication or not, for BizTalk, the BizTalk Log Shipping Job is STILL the ONLY supoorted mechanism for DR purposes.

The only supported DR method for BizTalk Server remains Log Shipping as implemented by the built in SQL Jobs.

As suggested by other members here, BizTalk Log Shipping is the only supported way for BizTalk DR setup, Few below links for more details.
