Hello Sarin,
1. Did you get a blue screen of death before or after completing the upgrade to Windows Server 2003?
2. Do you have a full backup of the Windows 2000 system before you upgrade it to Windows Server 2003?
Analysis and Suggestion:
=====================
Scenario 1.
If the BSOD occurs during the upgrading process, you may try repairing install the Windows 2003 Disc to see if it can rollback to original Windows server 2003.
Steps:
1. Start the computer from the Windows 2003 CD-ROM.
Please note: you need to change your BIOS settings before you can start your computer from the CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive. For more information about how to configure your computer to start from the CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive, see your computer's documentation or
contact your computer manufacturer. If you cannot start your computer from the Windows 2003 CD-ROM, insert the Setup disk 1 of the four Windows 2003 Setup floppy disks in the floppy disk
drive, and then restart your computer.
2. On the Repair Options screen, press R to start the Emergency Repair process.
3. Press F to perform Fast Repair.
4. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen to complete the repair process.
5. When the computer restarts, start your computer from the Windows 2003 CD-ROM or the Windows 2000 Setup floppy disks.
6. Repeat steps 2 through 4, and then restart your computer.
Scenario 2.
If the BSOD occur after completing the upgrade to Windows Server 2003, I would like to suggest that you make full backup of the operation system before any big modifications to the system. You may use Windows built-in tool NTbackup to perform a Automated System
Recovery when the system is crashed.

Hi Sarin,
Is there any error code in the Blue Screen? Have you ever tried booting with Safe Mode?

I believe the best way to troubleshoot the blue screen is by generating the Crash Dump file and doing the ananlysis.
