Cannot change Homepage Settings
I am using Internet Explorer 9 Beta.
When I tried to change my homepage in the internet settings window, I was unable to and a message at the bottom of the window said "Some settings are managed by your system administrator".
However, I am not part of a network and I use an administrator accout. I tried resetting all the internet explorer settings but it did'nt work and the homepage changed to
http://www.cuteworm.com/. Before, it was
http://search.conduit.com/. How do I solve this?
