Cannot refresh roles on server manager Windows Server Standard FE SP2
My server wasn't using DHCP so I removed the role and rebooted. When it came back on I can no longer update my role list on the server manager snap-in. This is the error that I get. What could have caused this and how do I repair it? Hi, What OS are you running? If it is 2008 or later, can you run the SUR tool and post the log output at %systemroot%\logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947821 -- Mike Burr

In this case, can you upload the CBS.log file from c:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log to skydrive, http://mikemstech.blogspot.com/2010/08/skydrive-uploading-files-for-community.html-- Mike Burr
