we have 600 Gb production backup file, this 600 gb backup file restoring into DR site with no recovery mode,now we take tran log backup in prod db and restore into DR site with no recovery mode. 

now we are configure the mirroring from prod to DR site it's working fine, 2 days after it's not working due to network issue,so we stop the mirroring. 

here it's possible to configure the log shipping from prod to DR use same backup file into same db.

Note 1: there is no chance to take the fresh backup from prod server we don't have space and we are unable to move the from prod site to DR site.

Note 2: prod db log backup runs every 15 mins.

you can take a differentail Backup followed with a transaction log backup and configure log shipping

I have not done that personally but why no trying .... let us know how was it going :-) 

If you can delete the old full backup, and perfome a new full backup, and make the log shipping.

Yes you can do that and it should work.If you have not taken any full or differential or transaction log backup after this backup.Can you drop mirror DB and restore fresh backup with standby or No recovery on DR database and configure mirroring.

Please remove mirroring before proceeding with log shipping.Failed mirroring has endpoints created and that might interfere with log shipping.

No ,I dont think you can be able to configure.Not tried anytime though.

Yes. Use that old db backup and restore all subsequent log backups (assuming you have all those) on the standby server. No need to produce a new db backup.
