DHCP Option 35
I know that the Windows XP DHCP client didn't respect DHCP Option 35 (ARP cache timeout).
Do any of the newer implementations of IP/DHCP stacks (Vista/7/2k8) accept ARP cache timeout values passed to them via DHCP server?

Thanks for posting here.
I think it is same as early version , we can only modify basereachable value for NIC by using NETSH utility to achieve the goal:
