Hi, I am sorry that I am a little unclear as to the exact requirement. If I understand properly, you want to add more than one DNS server to the subnet to provide backup and failover if the preferred DNS server stops responding. However, you only have one physical server. In this case, you may consider to establish two virtual machines on the physical server. In Windows Server 2008, Hyper-V is introduced to provide you with the tools and services you can use to create a virtualized server computing environment. For the requirements and more information, refer to the following article: Hyper-V Getting Started Guide http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc732470.aspx Please describe your environment and exact requirement in detail so that we can have a better understanding and provide suitable suggestions..
