There is no "default" password. During the installation of the server OS, you were prompted during the installation wizard to set the admin password.Visit: anITKB.com, an IT Knowledge Base.

I am not sure if you understand that when you installed the OS, you provided the installation wizard with the administrator password. If you have forgotten what the password is, you may have to reinstall the OS again. Microsoft's formal support is that the admin password cannot be retrieved. There are some applications you can download (at your own risk) which allow you to create a bootable CD to reset the admin password. Again, that is not a supported operation. http://lmgtfy.com/?q=reset+domain+admin+password Visit: anITKB.com, an IT Knowledge Base.

There is no "default" password. During installation process, it will prompt to input a password for the administrator account.Shaon Shan| TechNet Subscriber Support in forum| If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com
