Hi,
You will be getting warning with the ID 10020 :If IPv6 is not available
As you have static ipv6.that will do. could you check the configuration again ?
Reference from link : http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc726951%28WS.10%29.aspx
Configure a static IP address for the DHCP server
To perform these procedures, you must be a member of the Administrators group, or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority.
To configure TCP/IP for static addressing:
At the DHCP server computer, click Start, click Control Panel, double-click
Network and Sharing Center, and then click Manage network connections.
Right-click the network connection you want to configure, and then click
Properties. On the Networking tab, click Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6), and then click
Properties. Click Use the following IP address, and then type the IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway.
Click Use the following DNS server addresses. In Preferred DNS server and Alternate DNS server, type the primary and secondary DNS server addresses.
Verify
To verify that the DHCPv6 service is running:
At the DHCPv6 server computer, click Start, click Run, and then type
cmd. At the command prompt, type sc queryex dhcp. The DHCPv6 Server service state should be displayed as RUNNING
-----------------
Found it on one of the forums :
Not sure this will help you but had the same error, with IPv6 unchecked in the network connections, properties, was never configured.
Went into the DHCP mmc, right clicked IPV6, properties, ...unchecked all options in all tabs;within DNS tab had entry checked. IPv6 errors stopped.Gopi Kiran |Facebook| This posting is provided AS IS with no warranties, and confers no rights.

Hi willickss,
Thanks for your post.
Regard to Event ID 10020, it means the DHCP server do not have a static IPv6 address. So for this error message, if there is no IPv6 environment required, we can
safely ignore this warning.
If you have a static IPv6 address, we can manually specific the address at the
Internet Protocol version 6 (TCP/IPv6) Properties of the adapter. This will eliminate the error message showing up again.

Aiden

Hi,
Based on my test, If I specific the IPv6 address of the server, it works. The Event ID 10020 was not showing up anymore. Please double check the IPv6 Properties
that address is not configured as obtain an address automatically. In addition, please post unedit
ipconfig /all of the server and capture a screenshot of IPv6 properties. I appreciate your help with collecting these information at your earliest convenience.
Best Regards,
Aiden

Hi willockss,
Thanks for the update.
However, at a test environment, I cannot reproduce this issue. From the output, it appears that you have setup a IPv6 scope and this server has been assigned. Given
this situation, please try to deactivate the IPv6 scope first. Then, uninstall
TCP/IPv6 on this server, to see if this helps.
For best practices, I suggest that we post this question at Network Infrastructure Services forum. So we can get more effective suggestion by other experts who
familiar with this topic. Your understanding is highly appreciated.
