Here you go http://www.pool.ntp.org/en/ Seconded; then, by the way, one may want to either use the generic "pool.ntp.org" hostname which, in reality, resolves to a number of server spread all around the world or some "local pool", for example, if a given server which needs to use the pool is located in the USA, it may be a good idea using the USA pool, that is "us.pool.ntp.org"; for more informations about using the NTP pool see this and see here for informations about the various zones

These services are free of cost or paid. Sounds like you didn't even take the time to read the infos on the site; this sincerely isn't something which invites people to help you when you don't even try helping yourself. Anyhow, the "service" as you call it is free
