And then when I go to Advanced setting, it showed error as below:

See if this update is listed in Installed Updates
KB976902 - Description of the Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 installation software feature update
If this Update is installed try to remove this update and then start the windows firewall snap-inThanks, Swapnil Prajapati
