HP NIC agent service getting stopped
Hi all, I am facing a peculiar problem in some of my WIndows server 2003 and 2008 that "HP NIC agent" service getting stopped frequently on those server. This is happening for some server , not all All driver and firmware are updated on all servers Can anyone help me with how to proceed with this issue futher. this is happening irrespective of any model of HP server.

Thanks for the response. In eventvwr it is not showing up anything. any other way to do it, may be thru sysinternal tools or other way of approaching. The above mentioned links are tried and not showing up anything

you may try using the adplus or proc dump utility from sysinternals and generate a dump. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/dd996900.aspx how ever the services can also be crashed with the third party application conflict so you may also try a clean boot and monitor the services. The root cause of the problem can be sorted out after generating the dump file. http://www.arabitpro.com
