i'm looking for an updated version of the article "How to Obtain a Certificate Using Windows Server 2008 Enterprise CA in Operations Manager 2007" http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd362553.aspx for 2008 R2 *standard* CA. i am unable to find this. specifically, i have read elsewhere that the restrictions on certificate templates (which previously required Enterprise) have been lifted in r2, and i should be able to issue templates from my standard R2 edition CA now. however when i follow the instructions in that article, my newly-created template is still not listed in the "new->Certificate to issue" list.
