How to block multiple IP blocks in Server 2003 x86
I am wanting to block multiple IP ranges using the Windows Firewall in Server 2003 or the mmc snap-in.
I have not found a place to insert multiple ranges of IP's like for example:
41.0.0.0/8
49.0.0.0/8
Using the snap-in tool, I could add one range but there is not a edit to add in more ranges?
What is the best route to protect from rouge IP ranges, I want to block some IP's from DoS and brute force attacks using the tools in Windows Server 2003.
Any help would be great.

I was following a guide that stated to use the mmc -> add/remove -> IP Security Policy Management but this route did not allow me to enter multiple IP ranges or IP's just 1 at a time.

you are choosing correct way. When you add a security rule switch to 'IP Filter list' page. Click Add, again Add to go to IP Filter wizard. In the 'IP Traffic Source' select 'A specific IP Address or Subnet'. Type your subnet address (41.0.0.0/8) and in
'Destination Address' select 'My IP Address'.
