How to know which DC I logged on
Hi all, perhaphs is very stupid thing, but I wish to know wich command line tell me which domain controllerwas used to the logon process.Many thanks for yourhelp

Hello,Method 1: After logon, open a command prompt and type SET L. It will return LOGONSERVER=\\DCNAME. Method 2: Click Start/Run and type echo %logonserver%. This will open an Explorer window to the authenticating domain controller.Thanks and Hope It Helps Syed Khairuddin

hi there you can also use "whoami" switch to identify which domain you have logged .also you can use whoami /? for more options.sainath Windows Driver Development
