In the absence of IT
hi, we are a medium size business with 60 users on-site and nearly 20 at 2 other branch offices connected by VPN tunnels. we have one DC and exchange server at main site and once DC at branch office. I am the only person for IT and now I am going for a long holiday. I want to make a Server/network admin guide for basic introductions and operations in my absence. for example, creating users, mailboxes, backups, etc... i never did it before. could some one please provide me a template document for this. let me know if u need more info. thanks

Hello, use delegate control for the AD part, add the user to the backup administrators and make them Exchange admin in the ESM if 2003 is used or use the Exchange security groups if newer Exchange versions are used.
