Hi, I'd like to point out that if the system environment is in the hardware virtualization software, such as VMWare, due to the difference between virtual environment and physical hardware, it will be difficult to investigate the technical problem effectively. If possible, I'd suggest installingADRM on physical hardware which isindependent from VMWare to test the result. If this issue still persists, I am glad to work on it with you here. For more information of this support boundary, please kindly refer to the following articles: Support policy for Microsoft software running in non-Microsoft hardware http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;897615Hope this helps.

It's a permission error (Group Membership) accessing a remote share.Check that you can access the share remotely, while I look for somematerial on enumerating configuration information through ADSI to assist with the issue.
