You have an option in front of you !
In the control panel, Click on Programs (Uninstall a program, Get programs, Turn Windows features on or off)
OR
On the right top corner of Control Panel just below Search Control Panel,
View by: Category, click drop down and select Small Icons,
and you will see Programs and Features
OR
Use Run -> appwiz.cpl <Enter Key> to open up add/remove programsI do not represent the organisation I work for, all the opinions expressed here are my own.

Hi,
In Windows Server 2008 R2, you no longer use the Add/Remove Windows Components option to add features. Heres a look at the new way to
add features in Windows Server 2008 R2.
Now we use server manager to add roles or features on your server, for this issue, please follow the below steps:
1.In the server manager, click Roles .
2.Click Add Roles.
3. Then click Next and so on.
Here is a similar thread for you, please refer to it for more information:

Hope this helps.

What do you want to add roles or features ? Roles and features are both different.
E.G.
Roles include AD DS, DHCP Server etc as you can see in snapshot in your post.
Features include : Telnet Client, Group Policy Management Etc...

Are you trying to install or remove IIS from Server? If yes, please follow the steps below
Open Up Server Manager -> Roles -> Remove Roles -> Un-check Web Server (IIS) and follow the wizard.
To remove an application, pls see article

the article which you linked talks about Uninstalling and installing IIS to fix the issue and that article is applicable for IIS6.
As WS 2008/R2 have IIS7, the procedure will be different.
If you would like to simply Uninstall and then re-install IIS, pls follow the steps suggested in my previous post.
OR, it's better you post your question in IIS forum for definitive answers.

Hi HuaMin,
I can see you have already installed the IIS role in you server. So you are good to go.
From windows server 2008 the method for installing the services has been changed.
