KB2718704 causes limited server functionality We've attempted to apply this patch several times. Each time it is applied the server restarts and is unable to start most required services. I end up having to remove the patch using safe mode just to get the server to boot properly. It is only happening on a single server in the organization. The server is running Windows 2008 SP2.
