Hi, I setup a DC which also run as a KMS Host. I also have a ESXi running 5 2k8 r2 servers. I'm not able to activate the servers to the KMS host. I understand that VMs will not count in the KMS host (correct me if I'm wrong) but I'm in a closed network that cannot activate over internet. Any help on that?? I also have another question is that the DC and KMS host is 2k8 r2 Std and I have some 2k8 r2 Ent, Win 7 Pro and Office 2010 Pro and Std. How can I use the KMS to activate them?? "A" or "B" or "C" You will need "C" channel if you want to activate Datacenter editions.
