Hi,
I would like to confirm that what related program is installed, such as NCP Secure Entry Client or others?
Please run ncpa.cpl, open Local Area Connection Properties to uninstall QoS Packer Scheduler service temporarily. Run devmgmt.msc to launch Device Manager,
click View and select show hidden devices, uninstall the related network adapters and program. After that, reinstall all of them to check the result.
If you do not know what program causes the error, we may run msconfig, disable the startup items and third party services one by one to narrow down and
find out the problematic program.
