Local Permissions to Start/Stop a service
Hello, I am looking for a way to grant a non-administrator the right to start/stop a service without having access to the Group Policy applied to the machine. In other words, is there a way to locally accomplish this via Reg Hack or some other method? It is a Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise server. Thank you for any feedback that could be provided.
