Hello Bob, Yes, as you mentioned, the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook is supported on Windows Server 2008 when used with terminal services or with Citrix. Until now, there is still no specific documents describing how to install CRM 4.0 on terminal server or Citrix server. I am including the following steps to install CRM 4.0 on Citrix for your reference. The steps may be different in different scenarios. Please ensure to backup your servers before performing the steps. Citrix Server installation steps: Please note: Citrix requires SQL 2005 or SQL Express. 1. Install SQL Express on Windows 2003 SP2 Server box a. When installing, choose a Named Instance and call it CITRIX_METAFRAMEb. Important as Citrix will not install if this isnt named properly 2. Configure the server to run in app mode: a. Launch ARP | Add/Remove Windows Components | Terminal Servicesb. Choose all defaults. 3. Insert the first CPS CD into the drive and choose to install all components: a. Choose Product Installations and Updatesb. Walk through CPS and all its components i. If 64bit server, skip Licensing and install it once CPS components complete.ii. Let setup modify IIS and AD as necessaryiii. Add Domain Users group to Remote Desktop Users c. Server address for pass-through client can be "localhost"d. This takes some time and requires a specific license file in order to function properly. Citrix Configuration Steps: 1. Launch Terminal Services Configurationa. Choose Connectionsi. ICA-TCP properties | ICA Settings1. Uncheck the Non-administrators only2. Hit OK.ii. RDP-TCP properties | Citrix Settings1. Uncheck the Non-administrators only2. Click OK.3. Launch CPS Presentation Server console | right click Installation Manager | Propertiesa. Add administrator to the network account. CRM Client Installation steps: 1. Log into the CPS server as domain administrator2. Install Office suite3. Install the Desktop client4. From another machine, install the ICA client using the CPS server installation CD5. Once it completes, launch the Program Neighborhood6. Create a new ICA connection to the CPS server, double click it to connect to the CPS server7. Once logged in as a domain user, initialize Outlook and exit8. Launch Configuration Wizard from Start menu, configure client9. Once completed, launch Outlook.
