Windows 7 laptop had issues with seeing "view hidden files" option. Ran restore from earlier date using Windows Restore. EU logged in to profile and Outlook 2010 personal folders missing. Is there anyway to recapture or reclaim ?

Not unless you have a backup of the laptop from just before you restored from the earlier date.
