In my Windows Server 2008 R2 OS in the Event Viewer there is an error pertains as Microsoft-Windows-Diagnosis-DPS Error ID 135 states-(The Diagnostic Policy service could not create a diagnostic module host instance for diagnostic module {63e0d0f7-ac2f-493b-a7f2-2f3ccdb66fca}(%WINDIR%\SYSTEM32\APPHLPDM.DLL).The error code was 2147943453.The scenario {13b4f25f-e36b-46a7-876c-8ab4e15f8e67},instance {90629fab-bc2e-4e98-bd1a-4c2370a34958},original activity ID {13b4f25f-e36b-46a7-876c-8ab4e15f8e67} will be discarded).
