Migrate HttpRedirect
I currently have 3 old web servers running Windows Server 2003 that I need to take off production. The current servers will be replaced for 3 to 4 new servers running the same OS and the site
running on IIS6. The site I want to move has too many permanent redirects configured on IIS. Re-configuring this redirects manually on inetmgr console will take days as we may have more than 100. The question is:
How can I export the redirects from one of the old machines and then import them into the new machines. Please note that I do not want export/import the entire metabase, I only need the redirects.
Your help will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Rody.

Hi Rody,
Thanks for posting here.
Based on my knowledge that I’m afraid we could only export the entire IIS settings so far.
Managing IIS Configurations Using Scripts (IIS 6.0)

However, you may like post to IIS forum and get a professional solution for you to implement the migration.
