All of my domain controllers is 2008 r2. and DFL and FFL are in 2008 R2

I used to have DC 2003 and our DFL and FFL was 2003. I still 2008 r2 and demoted my second DC then I raised both DFL and FFL 2008 R2. By just raising the DFL and FFL it does not convert my FRS to DFS-R automatic right? Please advise..
