Mozy Pro No Longer Works Due to Security Update
On June 20 I applied several new security and other updates to my Server 2008 R2 system. After those updates were applied MozyPro no longer works. It had been working for over a year. The error it generates is FilterError0. According to their documentation of that error it is due to security software disabling a file filter. Has anyone encountered this and if so do we know which update caused the problem?

Hi, Mozy Pro is third party software, after search we dont find related information about that in MS website. If the issue is caused by Windows Updates, we can use a 50/50 approach to quickly narrow down which update is causing the issue. By default, it creates a system restore point before install Windows updates, restore the system point then use the 50/50 approach to narrow down the update. Or you can uninstall updates through Control Panel-->Programs and Features-->View installed updates to narrow down the update. Also I find some related post from Mozy Pro support website, it mentioned re-install Mozy filter to fix the issue, you may try that. FilterError0 http://support.mozy.com/support/mozyKnowledgeBase?DocId=75709 failed up date from mozypro, have filtererror0 followed instructions but no resolution yet http://community.mozy.com/t5/Admin-Console/failed-up-date-from-mozypro-have-filtererror0-followed/td-p/47337 FilterError0 - Backups have been paused http://community.mozy.com/t5/Mozy-for-Windows/FilterError0-Backups-have-been-paused/m-p/22849#M6733 Hope this helps!
