Hi, Open ADUC – View menu – uncheck the "Users, Groups, and Computers as containers" option. Then, before each object such as user or computer, the plus (+) will disappear. You can double click to open its properties window now. Regarding the ADUC slow open issue, please make sure the server up is to date with patches and the primary DNS points to the DNS server IP. Login as domain admin on the domain controller to check if the problem continues. Also, please check if there is any relevant error in event log. Regards, Bruce

Hi, Thanks for your update. To make sure the server is up to date, please go to Windows Update website to check and install updates. If the "Preferred DNS server" on the server is filled in with the DNS server’s IP address, this is OK. Regards, Bruce
