I have noticed a slight quirk in the Failover Cluster API, in particular when using the CLUSCTL_NETINTERFACE_GET_RO_COMMON_PROPERTIES control code. In prior releases one of the properties in the list returned by this control codeis "Address" -- that property is not returned in WS2K8. Ourproduct depends on getting the address when it does network configuration validation, so this change causes that functionality to fail. Was this change intentional or accidental? I have noticed there seems to bea few network related changes inWS2K8, but all ofdocumentation in the Failover Clusters shows "TBD" on any topic related to those changes. I am in the processof updating our product tofunction properly in an IPv6cluster environment, so I am very interested in those TBD items. Can anyone comment on when thosedoc placeholders will be filled in or provide more information on what to expect regarding Failover Clusters and IPv6?
