Not all printers deploy via Group Policy?
We have a 2008 R2 Terminal Server Farm setup and a Group Policy in place to deploy printers to the users that connect.
We are seeing an issue when we log in, the 16 printers start to map - and sometimes we get all of them, sometimes we get some of them.
The Print Server is 2008 R2 and is on the same GB LAN as the Terminal Servers.
Any ideas?

If the issue persist, I'd like to suggest to use process monitor to troubleshoot this issue:
1. download Process Monitor on one of the problematic machines
2. run procmon.exe
3. point to Filter, click Filter, choose Process Name, choose spoolsv.exe, winlogon.exe, Add them.
4. make sure Enable boot logging.
