Perfmon counter issue in windows 2003
In Windows 2003 some of the performance counters missing when connecting thru remote.
When chcked locally its working fine.But accessing remote some counters missing.Regards Rajesh.N.P

What counters are you unable to view remotely? What OS is on the client you are using?

Os is windows 2003 ENT
To my surprise All missing counters like memory,system,process,etc suddenly started working from yesterday. I could see following logs at the time of working. I dont know what was the reason it started working?

You are receiving the
Event ID 1010, to fix this kind of problem, you need to obtain the following hotfix:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/842900
It seems that your computer automatically got this update yesterday. Anyway, I’m glad to see that the problem was resolved.

Hi all,
The problem is intermittent. Some times is working and some time it is not working counters like system,memory...etc.
I observed couple of days regarding the counters. It is intermittent and still problem continues..
