Is there any certification for powershell skills?

there is no powershell certification.

but there are Microsoft Courseware for Powershell though.
this is a good course:

Who knows, but I doubt it. they also had a course to teach WSH/VBScript, but never offered certification.
I don't see this as an issue. Of all of the skills one needs to get a job, there are many that are important yet have no certification. Things like teamsmanship, leadership, having a grasp on the business side of things, etc.
And if someone did have certification in powershell, that would be a good indicator, but the area of application could be so different that an understanding of that would be much more important.
MS tends to offer certification along product lines - office, SQL, etc. Powershell is not a product in and of itself, but cuts across all those lines...
Indeed, they might. Have they hinted at the possibility?
Seems a bit daunting to me, though, as the overview says that "MCTS candidates are capable of implementing, building, troubleshooting, and debugging a particular Microsoft technology". Powershell is not a technology requiring building, troubleshooting, or debugging. The technologies it applies to run the gamut of Microsoft products, so perhaps employers would expect a Powershell MCTS to be able to solve problems in an product space. That's an awful lot to ask for...
In my opinion, a good approach into implementing a powershell/vbs certification is to add it to the MCITP - Enterprise Admin. or the new MCSE. This could graduate very good system admins
I've been a naysayer here, but that is mainly because I don't think MS will create any scripting certification, not because I think it is necessarily a bad idea.
But certification is one thing; related and relevant courseware is another. Anybody notice how many "homework" questions have been posted from people taking some course in which Powershell is covered? In most cases, these people say that they get assignments and possibly exams on powershell usage, but virtually nothing in the way of information about how to work with powershell.
Certification cannot exist without some related courseware. has anyone here taken the MS course 10325A "Automating Adminitration with Windows Powershell 2.0"? Does that seem like a solid basis for certification?
Hello,
Below link will provide you special certification for "PowerShell" from third party training vendor called "Learning Tree".
