Did you get any error messages?

For replication snapshot agent, you can specify the type of replication. A value of 1 indicates transactional replication, and a value of 2 indicates merge replication.

Assuming that you creating a new Subscription from a Publication and that you are not manually initializing the topology then:

• Within SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) go to the Replication folder > expand Local Publication > Identify your Publication. 
• Right click the Publication and choose View Snapshot Agent Status.
• Click the Start button....
• If this fails, post the error message back to this thread please. You may have a security/privilege issue....

on View Snapshot  Agent Status showed The Agent has Never Been Run, none error messages

manually execute the job to generate the snapshot ..

Click the "Start" button on the very same status Window.
