Hello supportsib, With roaming user profiles, if you do not disable the cache option for Offline Files, synchronization problems may occur. The user profile can be placed in an unstable state as both Offline Files and the roaming user profiles attempt to synchronize the files in a user's profile. check: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287566 The main advantage of roaming profiles is that favorites, documents and application data are stored on the network. So a user can work on different pc's and the settings are loaded from the network.
