We've been using VPN certs for some time now. Recently I added an SMIME cert. It appears the SMIME cert shows up under the VPN Client causing confusion for users. Is there any way to prevent this?David Jenkins

You need to check if the Cisco VPN client supports any certificate selection filtering or if possible changing the S/MIME certificate to be more restricted to S/MIME only include the Secure Email OID 1.3.6.1.5.5.7.3.4 in the Enhanced Key Usage! /Hasain

It's the Exchange templates that come with the CA. It only has the one OID. Can't find antything on cert filters for the client.David Jenkins
