Hi Steve, Here are a few questions that might help us determine the issue quicker: 1.) From the server running IIS, what happens if you try to access the website? do you get the same error? 2.) Is this a self-signed cert or a trusted cert from a company such as Verisign or Godaddy? 3.) what domain is the cert issued to, so that I could see if I get the error as well as look at the cert details.Brad Nelson MCSE/DCSE/A+/Network+/WCSP

Thanks you all, It works now. The issue is the certficate created on client when logging as regular user, not domain admin user. Thank you.
