Hi Manas ! As you say that you want to move the service pack files into a different drive but before that I would like to know if you have a low disk space problem. if not then just to let you know that if you have installed the Base OS with service pack so you will have to keep the installation disk ready with you because it will initially try to find the files which is expected to be there on requirement but if service pack files are updated later then it is simply update file that you can keep elsewhere on system and can provide the path if it asks. but it is not recommended to move them. But if you want to move them just because you get low disk space prompt so you can disable them by following steps and try disk cleanup as a simple solution. Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK. Locate and then click the following key in the registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value. Type NoLowDiskSpaceChecks, and then press ENTER. On the Edit menu, click Modify Regards VP Mishra VP Mishra MCSE, MCTS
