Answer:
c:\windows\system32>copy cmd.exe utilman.exe > we copied cmd.exe as
utilman.exe
so at logon once u press the shortcut u will be getting CMD.
net user administrator "Password that u want use" - with out quotes
This should work....

hey Aiden
i understand the legal issu. my server is registered one and is a stand-alone server, therefor i have only one admin user.
i have msdn subscription and i downloaded from there the MS DaRT v7.0 (Microsoft Diagnostics and Recovery Toolset).
I worked with Microsoft guide, created the ISO and Bootable CD.
I mounted the server from cd and got to the reset password tool.
I created new password for the admin but nothing changes! still can not log in.
it seems that the tool is not able to change the password :(
i have no other ideas....

Hey Gopi

i tried that tool that you indicated to me but it is stuck because my server running Intel Embedded RAID Technology II so i need to load a driver for him to recognize my HDD.
the tool you indicated dose not support me the option to load those drivers and therefor i can not use it.
but the MS DaRT7.0 do the same, it is MS tool and is designed for Win7 and Win2008R2, and if i could not reset or change admin password with it, i don't know what else i can do...
any ideas?

Hi,
Thanks for your post.
If your server 2008 R2 is a standalone server and we have no other administrator account, there is no Microsoft recommended way to reset the administrator password.
This is designed for improving the OS security. If you try to break or to reset a password by using third-party tools, for legal reasons, we cannot recommend or endorse any one of these companies. You use such third-party products and services at your own
risk. Your understanding is highly appreciated.
