Hi, Do you have application Surescripts_borero installed on this server? Is this server in an Active Directory domain? If so, is it a domain controller or member server? Currently, I suggest you check if the problem exists in Clean Boot state. Meanwhile, if it’s a 3<sup>rd</sup> party application, you may need to contact the vendor or manufacture to confirm if it can be installed on Windows Server 2008 and if there’s any known issue.
