Sysinternals
Not sure if this is the right forum, but hopefully I can get some answer:
For the Sysinternals tool suite:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/default.aspx
Are there any liscencing issues, i.e. can they be used in corporate environments, or are they for private/home use only?

ia4560,
There is a EULA.txt file in the zip file of the suite. The individual tools also contain the EULA and you are prompted for acceptance at each initial execution. Reading the EULA, there is no language that specifies an environment restriction
for the use of the tools as it relates to corporate, home or private provided they are being used on "your devices". There is, however, a restriction that disallows the use of the tools for commercial hosting services. These tools are commonly
used by many for troubleshooting a vast range of scenario's everyday.
You should consult the EULA yourself to see the full context of the license agreement for the software. There are some other restrictions that may or not apply to your specific scenario.
