Please help the error keeps popping on  event viewer

Driver WebEx Document Loader required for printer WebEx Document Loader is unknown. Contact the administrator to install the driver before you log in again

I am running Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 64Bit

Please help I need to get rid of this message.

Thanks for the question.

It seems that WebEx Document Loader is part of WebEx Support Manager. If you do not need it, you can delete it from Printer Management.
