Has anyone else had a problem where tooltips, specifically those that are more than one line or have buttons (eg. debug tooltips in visual studio), disappear after a split second. They are impossible to read and it is turning out to be a real problem when using programs such as visual studio.If anyone has a solution to this problem, or has any ideas about what might be causing the problem - please help me out
