TrackingData_1_x tables are empty
BizTalk tracking is not working in our PROD environment. We checked the tables "TrackingData_1_x" in BizTalkMsgDb and all are empty. The global tracking is on and all SQL jobs are running without any errors. We have created a separate host for tracking as well. Is there any reason that we are not seeing the records into the tables "TrackingData_1_x"? Thanks in advance...

Just verifying you have some basic Tracking set on individual artifacts, Pipelines, Orchestrations, etc.

Hello!

There was a few bugs in some CU for BizTalk 2009 - 2010, ensure that you have updated your environment with the latest CUs.

Also ensure that the top 2 options for pipeline tracking is turned on (if you want in and out events and information about instances).

TrackingData_1_x <- Data waiting to be transferred to the tracking database

TrackingData_0_x <- Data waiting to be transferred to the BAM database

Verify that your tracking host is running and that the tracking you want are turned on in the BizTalk Administration Console

You can read more about the Message box database here: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/7268.biztalk-server-2010-database-biztalkmsgboxdb.aspx

We found a strange issue. Our piple like tracking is turned off and all other orchestration tracking also turned off. Even if we enable the tracking manually and "apply" the changes, it automatically revert back and we are not able to enable tracking on any of the BizTalk application artifacts.  We use BizTalk server 2009 with CU2 for a while and We have never seen this issue before. Is there any reason why we are not able to enable tracking?

Anything in the Event Log?  Does this happen with different users and are they members of the appropriate Groups?

We used the BizTalk admin account to enable the tracking settings on the orchestration level. When we click "Apply", it always un-select the check boxes automatically. We have checked the event viewer and there is no error messages as well.
