It was OK. The new BES 5.0.2 version is on web based console , legacy BES 4.1.7 doesn't have these URLs. Is anybody using BES 5.0.2 on Windows 2003 SP2 can advise me. Regards, Amjuu ..

I think the problem is not with the DNS resolution or with the ports. I think the problem is in the configuration of the BES 5.0.2

check dns and make sure My-blackberry resolves to your BES. Check your local dns cache too. launch netmon (or other network protocol analyzer) on your client & server. Is traffic being exchanged? you're trying to connect via SSL, does the certificate have the new URL in it? Is your BES configured to use the right cert for what you're trying to access? My knowledge of BES is noob at best, does it run IIS?

doh, you mentioned that it is running on WS2003 SP2. If network traffic is being exchanged and dns turns out ok, you'll probably want to dump this question over to IIS.

Hi, I am not familiar with blackberry and BES. However, you can start by checking the following: Can you browse the website locally? What error message do you encounter? Can you access other website on the same server? For example, the Default Web Site. This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
